Psychology is the study of the mind. It is a science that deals directly with the development and health of cognition. The most significant elements to it, as a field, are the ones which have propagated the standardization of its knowledges. This is to be understood as a process that has made the abstract, and supposedly infinitesimal, aspects of the mind comprehendible through the use of universally interpretable constructs. For this reason, it is a field of study that is profound in its depth, and as it has developed, the concepts which have found themselves at the discipline’s fundamental basis have grown to reflect the rudimentary principles surrounding the monolithic capacity of thought.

In understanding the philosophical notions surrounding this ideation, there is an arrival at the junction of pursuing wisdom and being able to conceive of knowledge in an abstract sense.
