The Illusion of Ignorance and Stupidity

The truth regarding ignorance, or any sort of stupidity, is found in the knowledge that when persons are not aware of what is being referred to, discussed, or communicated it is because time is no longer being tracked. It is not because they do not know. Learning with a fundamentalist philosophy, this is learned step by step, so if there is a measure or point of incorrectness needing of correction, it can be serially defined, traced, and corrected.
