Law

Law is the study and discipline of legislation and rule making. There are many elements associated with its practice, such as ethics and other abstractions which pull directly from its teachings, but found markedly relevant in the field of law is an objective present at the very core of its teachings. That objective is the fair and equitable treatment of all persons as the suppositional bedrock upon which whole societal scapes can be built. The many negative connotations surrounding what law can be used for dwindle in comparison to this notion, as whatever can be habitually addressed day in and day out by the populous residing under and within its architecture is typically what constitutes any sort of standing legality across the whole of society.

From the above, extractions pulled from law can be sourced to an array of lessons and standards, but as an all encompassing point, it is ‘truth’ that reigns in this field. No law can stand, unless it is able to withstand the testing capacities necessary to see its many frameworks rise as true knowledges within its scope. With truth lying as the basis for all lessons and rules in the practice of law, the teachings which arise as a result are typically crafted in such a way that their applicability can be sourced to universal expressions found present as adages and ‘wise sayings’ oriented around truth. From these molehills, mountains stand as the next rational step in conceptualizing, crafting, and constructing any and all relevant wisdoms found within law as a field.

The above is the fundamental basis for philosophy in law, and as an extended notion, the pursuit of wisdom, in whatever form it may come, is often isolated to pulling interpretable comprehensive ideas from the enumerable chapters of history from which truth can be documented as a manifestation of law and its rudimentary principles.

Applying these truths is often a matter of sincere simplicity, given that maintaining law is often contingent upon the capacity to share, speak, and find truth amongst the integral elements of it as a field. These elements are such that they operate as dynamics across an array of innate intrinsencies, and in their development, the body of knowledge which is found present within their articulation comes to exemplify a resonant depiction of ethical, lawful wisdom.
